Site Supervisor

Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities
Monitor on-site day-to-day activities and report the progress status to the Project Manager
Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site
Ensure delivered construction materials meet specified requirements
Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, and check site measurements
Minimize material and manpower wastage
Handle labour and supplier disputes
Conduct regular inspections and implement site safety practices to avoid hazards and accidents
Ensure project completion as per the set timeline
Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and team members
Requirements
Candidates must have a professional certificate in Civil Engineering or a related field
Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues
Attend site meetings with site agent & sub-contractors
Must be willing to work in any provided location
Possess own transportation
A team player
Most importantly, a critical thinker who pays attention to the smallest details
Candidates with experience in residential projects (bungalow, semi-d) are highly encouraged to apply
