Assist the project leader in the site management and supervision; Daily planning and progress reporting; Handling and documenting client complaints; Monitor the vendors (subcontractors' and suppliers') and their performances; Report deficiencies in the various processes and performances of vendor; Attend/involve in work inspection and internal audit to ensure compliance; Perform/conduct and verify all the checking, inspection and testing activities done by vendors; Control of wastage/loss of materials/machineries; Checking construction drawings and changes; Assist the safety personnel to oversee general safety and health at the site; Issue NCR on non-compliances, taking immediate corrective actions and suggesting preventive actions; Requirements: Senior and junior position at least 3 years of relevant working experience in construction/C&S engineering works or Quality Inspection on buildings and facilities. APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO WORK NATIONAWIDE ; accommodation will be provided by the company. Official working hours are from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Applicants must be willing to commit to working beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays. This is a contract position - starting ONE YEAR CONTRACT . Minimum Diploma in Architectural/Structural/Building Engineering/ or relevant discipline.
