1) SITE SUPERVISOR JOB SCOPE Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports detailing site activities, progress, projection, project planning and other relevant information.Manage the site workers and provide daily site supervision during site activities ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.Manage the reception, ordering, and storage of site materials, ensuring proper inventory control and efficient utilization.Coordinate with Subcontractors, Suppliers, Other Work Package Contractors (OWPC) or client as required.To record and complete inspection forms / checklist and manage Work Inspection Request (WIR) to ensure compliance with MST/ITP and Project Specification.Monitor the progress of site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules.Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Ability to read and interpret drawings with basic AutoCad software knowledge (example: dimension checking)Experience in railway construction is an advantage.Good written and verbal communication skills especially in English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.Must be flexible to work on shift basis as required.Must have valid passport. Candidates must be self-motivated, with strong integrity and commitment to their responsibilities. 2) LIFTING SUPERVISOR JOB SCOPE Controls the lifting operation and ensures that it is carried out in accordance with safet system of work as defined within the lifting plan and method statementProvision of on site instruction and supervision to include briefing the crane operator on the Lifting PlanEnsuring that the equipment selected as per the approved Lifting Plan is available, inspected, certified and free from defectEnsure all resource requirement met and every personnel involved in the lifting operation are fully briefed on the lifting plan and potential riskEnsuring the set up and execution of the lifting operation is as per the approved Lifting Plan and risk in minimisedReport any deficiency to the construction manager or delegateResponsible for the control of lifting operationStop any unsafe operation and report any incidentsFully conversant with legislativ requirement and ensure site operation meet the requirements Job Requirements Lifting Supervisor certification from any recognized agencies (ISO/DOSH/CIDB)Experience in railway construction is an advantage.Must be flexible to work on shift basis as required.Candidates must be self-motivated, with strong integrity and commitment to their responsibilities.
