Smt Technician

Job Description Configure and set up on SMT equipment for Flex Printed Circuit Assembly (Solder Paste Printer, 3D SPI, Pick & Place machine, Reflow Oven, 3D AOI & etc) & on-line debugging of SMT machines.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal production output.Conduct routine maintenance on SMT equipment to ensure its proper functioning.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.Verify and update machine programs as required for different product runs.Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production data, and quality control checks.Any other duties assigned. Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Electrical/ Electronics or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Able to operate the Universal Pick & Place (Embedded Cap) and Mirtec MV-7 AOI (Embedded Cap) will be advantage.
