Able to provide advisory on initiatives and support the operationalization of analytics/ innovations Initiatives across the AML/CFT Platform and System, Data and Analytics outcomes Support Change, enhancement and implementation/delivery priorities across Group Compliance Research & development initiatives Initiates data analytics/ process improvement solutioning for Group Compliance Support Compliance Risk Assessment activities for Group Any other activities, as required by Head, CI Support Head, Compliance Innovations to support Group Compliance's activities as follows:Analytics skill: Able to analyse current compliance environment and determine new compliance risks ad provide a holistic resolution proposition to Group Compliance stakeholders to support the respective tracks' compliance risk management.
Innovation: Support in change, enhancement and implementation/delivery priorities based on Business Requirement provided by Group Compliance stakeholders.
Project management: to support end to end project management, including coordination, resource management, tracking, and providing timely update to Head, CI and the lead requestor.
Manage challenges in a holistic manner and resolve conflicts and challenges within timely and reasonable manner.
POC management: Lead POCs and recommends new capability position reviews with regtech solution providers to Head of CI, Lead requestor and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and monitor Compliance Key Risk Indicators.
Ability to challenge the stakeholders in a logical and factual manner, that is relevant to the Compliance environment.
Risk Assessment: Lead/ Manage/ Support periodic revisions/ enhancements and gap assessments of Compliance Risk Assessment for the whole Group and present the report to Head of CI.Lead engagement with Group Compliance teams to assess, identify, review and propose risk based activities methodologies to support their day to day Compliance activities.
Lead focused engagement with the various teams in Group Compliance to identify use cases for CI, and to support Head of CI in planning the annual plan for the division.
Manage/ Support the revision of Data Analytics FM and aligning the process flow to Group Analytics and Model Risk Management's framework.
Ability to challenge and obtain concurrence from all relevant stakeholders prior to submission to Head of CI for approval.
Enhance/ Identify/ Assess data sources to support data procurement for both AMLRA and RRA exercises; and any other data driven activities.
Identify automation solutioning and present proposal to impacted stakeholder and Head of CI.Perform analysis of the new developments of solutions to identify impact / opportunity for Group Compliance.
Present proposal on technical capabilities / possibilities for in-house development, and the requirements/ gaps that RHB and / or GC needs to overcome.
To be able to utilize advanced machine learning tools for model building to support decision making and to drive use cases; and to present the findings to Head of CI.
Contribute independently to the development of project from data driven approach; and to guide junior team members on the requirements; and to present the proposal to Head of CI and Group Analytics.Collaborate with peers to share expertise and insightsIn Head, CI's absence, to present CI papers (e.g.
CRA dashboard, CRA report, methodologies revision) to governance forums including but not limited to PSLC, AMLC, GCRC and BRC).Other tasks requested by Head of CI.
Requirements Bachelor Degree - related field.Advance Certificate in Regulatory Compliance from AICB, Advance Certificate in AML from AICB or equivalentAt least 3--5 years of experience in Data Analytics and minimally 1-3 years of experience in Compliance or AML related tasks.Strong team player; able to work with others; whilst able to work independently to achieve results.Operates with focus of creating value for internal and external customer.
The skills set and expertise to successfully execute activities relates to data and analytics.
Strong problem solving skill to support issue and derive for resolution.Adept at solving analytics problems in a logical and fact-driven manner (e.g., when tackling technical challenges, obstacles, backlog prioritization).Highly adaptable and able to respond to fast changing environment.Resourceful and be able to leverage network effectively.
