Description Primary Objective: Manage corporate actions in all portfoliosManage fee calculation and IPO cornerstone related activitiesRegularly oversee the maintenance of FX ratesOversee the maintenance of securities, funds and mandates static dataKey Responsibilities: Strong familiarity in processes related to trades and instructions to counterparties, corporate actions and static data setup.Act as authorizer where requiredPossess analytical and problem solving skills in resolving issues faced by team membersAct as reviewer for instructions prepared by team members.Act as reviewer for static setup for stocks and UT funds.Act as reviewer for corporate actionsBe meticulous, detail-oriented and careful in numbers when performing checker role.Be observant in ensuring completeness and timeliness in capturing all transactions and instructions.Possess strong stakeholder management and engagement skills Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and compliance requirementsContinuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency.Provide cross support to other teams and sections within RHBAM Operations where required.
Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - •Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration OR ;•Professional accounting qualification or in related field.
