As a Content Creator/ Social Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing social media strategies and engaging our target audience across various platforms. You will closely collaborate with the management team and other colleagues to enhance brand visibility, drive audience engagement, and increase social media presence.
Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Assist in developing and curating compelling content for social media platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and graphics.
• Social Media Management: Monitor and manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging, timely responses to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns.
• Engagement and Community Management: Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and discussions, fostering a positive and interactive community.
• Social Media Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support the execution of social media campaigns, including content scheduling, monitoring campaign performance, and making recommendations for improvements.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights to share with the team and stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, copywriters, and other departments to ensure alignment of messaging, visual elements, and brand guidelines across all social media channels.
• Influencer Outreach: Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and industry partners for potential collaborations and brand advocacy.
• Stay Compliant: Maintain awareness of legal and ethical considerations surrounding social media usage and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Previous experience in managing social media platforms (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, XHS, Tik Tok) and their functionalities.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both English and Mandarin languages.
• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in using social media scheduling and management tools.
• Knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
