We are looking for creative and strategic Social Media Content Specialist to manage and elevate our brand's online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for developing content that resonates with our audience, anhance engagement and drives brand awareness. Content Creation and Management:
-Develop and execute compelling social media content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu.
-Plan, shoot, and edit videos and photos for daily posts, stories, and special campaigns.
-Collaborate with the team to create original graphics, videos, and other multimedia content that align with the brand's voice and visual identity.
Social Media Strategy:
-Implement the social media calendar, scheduling posts and ensuring timely delivery of content.
-Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to incorporate fresh ideas into campaigns.
-Collaborate with external teams (SEO, e-commerce, and paid ads) to align social media strategies with overarching marketing goals.
Engagement and Community Building:
-Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
-Cultivate a strong community through organic interactions, polls, and user-generated content initiatives.
-Monitor customer feedback on platforms, escalating issues to the customer service team when necessary.
Reporting and Analytics
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and impressions.
-Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimizing social media efforts.
-Monitor platform health and recommend content adjustments based on trends and data.
Collaboration:
-Work closely with creative, marketing, and sales teams to align content with broader campaigns.
-Coordinate with the livestream team to promote and support livestream sessions.
-Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.

-Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an ability to convey brand messages effectively.
