-Create and present digital marketing/social media strategies to ensure the success of a pitch/client campaign
-Prepare social media management proposals with 360 degree integrated strategic plans
-Anticipate resources and budget required for the project
-Overseeing the social media executives and creative team, ensuring that the collaboration is taking place seamlessly and effectively
-Conduct market research and data collection to support the strategy
-Perform analysis of brands and its competitors to identify threats and opportunities
-Liaise with clients and/or brands to ensure seamless operations
-Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan
-Execute and publish deliverables that are required according to timeline
-Oversee projects to ensure all deliverables and objectives are achieved within deadline
-Coordinate and collaborate with internal team to complete any necessary deliverables
-Monitor progress of campaign to ensure its effectivity
-Propose solutions to increase effectivity if performance is seen falling short
-Provide consistent updates to stakeholders of the project

; Requirements:-
-Minimum 3 years PR/Agency/Project manager experience
-Good understanding of the media and advertising industry (digital, social media, traditional, radio, billboard, etc)
-Able to integrate 360 solutions to effectively achieve client's marketing/social media objectives
-Good leadership and interpersonal skills
-Extremely meticulous, detail-oriented, and organised
-Creative and knows how to resonate with the brand's target audience
-Strong interpersonal skills and is very resourceful
-Excellent at tracking performance and data collection
-Exceptional analytical skills and judgement when dissecting data
-Great problem-solving and coordination skills
-Excellent English skills and can copywrite
-Comfortable dealing with alcohol / alcohol-serving brands
-Good comprehension of Malay and Mandarin is a plus!
