About the company:We are a startup fintech company based in Australia and recently launched a Personal Finance Management (PFM) app designed to categorize expenses and assist with personal budgeting.**About the role**:This is a fully remote, part-time role and the salary range offered is between RM 17.00 to RM 30.00 per hour based on experience.**Reporting directly to the Manager & Partner, your key roles are**:- Managing the company's social media platforms; we are on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement- Create compelling and relevant contents for all the social media platforms- Engage in meaningful interactions with the audience to foster community engagement and promote the app- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for improvement- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all platforms**In order to be considered for this role you must have / be**:- Proven experience as a social media manager or marketer, preferably in the fintech or tech industry- Has knowledge of the Australian digital market, especially in fintech trends and consumer behaviour- Strong creative skills with the ability to generate engaging content for various social media platforms- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with users in a professional and engaging manner- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and measure success- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced startup environment- Knowledge of SEO & SEM is a plus**Some of our key benefits are**:- Flexible part-time hours, allowing for a work-life balance.- Long term engagement, offering stability and the opportunity for ongoing professional growth in collaborative and dynamic work environment- Opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of a promising fintech startup.- Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and trends in the fintech industry.As we are a startup, for the initial stages we foresee that the initial working hours would be between 20 - 30 hours per week.Additionally, as our team is based in Australia, you must be willing to work accommodating Australian working hours (at the moment AU time is 3 hours ahead of Malaysia).**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: RM17.00 - RM30.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 - 20 per week**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shift- Early shift- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have any knowledge / worked in/ with the fin-tech industry?
