Job Description : Write caption, edit & publish engaging content (pics & videos) for Instagram Story, Reels & TikTok aligned with brand identity Interacting with audience & respond to questions & comments on our social media pages in a timely & accurate manner Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles & product releases) Track & report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates) Has experience handling KOL Compile customer's review for content material Requirements : Has experience in handling social media & content writing copywriting Has experience working at a creative agency or beauty company Fluent in Melayu & English, have proven experience to create English copy/content writings Up to date with the trend especially in Malaysia, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers Comfortable being in front of a camera Skilled in simple video-editing (Capcut / VN) Willing to Remote-Working.
