Bike Bear is looking for a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our digital marketing team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads for our clients. 
You will need to have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, content creation, community management, and social media analytics. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse brands and make a significant impact on their social media presence.

Responsibilities:



-Develop and implement social media strategies to align with client objectives and target audience


-Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including posts, images, videos, and infographics


-Manage and schedule social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting


-Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community


-Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms


-Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement


-Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions


-Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions


-Generate regular reports and provide insights on social media performance and audience behavior

; Requirements:-


-In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices


-Proficient in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite etc


-Strong creative writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt the brand voice


-Experience with content creation, including copywriting and video editing


-Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads or LinkedIn Ads


-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with clients and online communities


-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns
