Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Recruiter or a similar role in talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Creative approach to sourcing and attracting candidates.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with employer branding initiatives and digital marketing.
Knowledge of social media analytics and recruitment data.
