You will be responsible for:
Helping the development team with automation
Supporting Incident, Problem, and Emergency Incident Management as required, prioritizing requests in accordance with agreed criteria and the needs of the organization in accordance with SLAs
Investigating problems and other requests and determining appropriate actions
Transforming business processes or documents into a text/voice conversational experience
Configuring and using monitoring services

Here's what we are looking for:
Ideally3+ years of experiencein developing enterprise-level virtual assistants of medium to high-level complexity
Ability to understand customer requirements/problem statements and apply solutions
Experience inAgile delivery environment, life-cycle product support, and troubleshooting with Google Dialogflow
Experience supporting various applications and some knowledge ofJavaScript, MongoDBor otherNoSQLdatabases
Experience withLinux/Unix and shell scripting
Basic knowledge ofHTML/CSS and browsers
Experience with containerization platforms likeOpenshift
Strong problem-solving skills
Ownership of problems and following them through in an end-to-end manner
Coordinating with other support teams to solve issues
