We are looking for a Software Integration Engineer who:

A skilled and motivated Level 3 Support Engineer with extensive experience in system integration, particularly with platforms such as SAP and Workday.
Possesses strong technical expertise, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage client calls and project workflows.
What you will do:
Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and design integration workflows.
Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems.
Maintain API guides and API references to ensure engineers have a seamless experience integrating with our systems.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date, clear, and comprehensive.
Work with development teams to document new APIs and update existing documentation as needed.
Handle client calls and communications to address and resolve integration-related queries and issues.
Provide timely technical support for issue resolution including UAT and Post Go-Live support. Work with end users and other support teams and the vendor if required.
Work in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi's Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes but is not limited to the organization's Information Security Policy, Data Protection Policy, Clean Desk & Screen Policy & Password Management Policy.
You meet all or most of these requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software engineer.
Strong understanding of integration technologies such asAPIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Proficiency inRDBMSDatabase such as PostgresQL.
Familiar with AWS Cloud service such as Lambda, ECS and SNS/SQS.
Experience withRESTFUL APIsand implementing authentication mechanisms such asAPI key and OAuth 2.0.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Proficiency in maintaining internal/external knowledge base.
Exceptional client communication skills,with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven experience with system integration, particularly with SAP and Workday (Bonus).
