Software Pre Sales Engineer

Responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their business challenges, and proposing effective IT solutions.

Responsibilities:


-Engage with clients, understand their business requirements, and identify opportunities for IT solutions.


-Good in preparing IT sales proposal.


-Conduct pre-sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our IT solutions.


-Create and present solution proposals, including technical specifications, timelines, and pricing.


-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and ongoing support.


-Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales.


-Heading the sales of the company: SaaS subscription and Key Project sales.

-At least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.


-Excellent presentation and communication skills.


-Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.


-Customer-focused with a keen interest in understanding and addressing client needs.


-Able to work independently, detail-oriented, and have a strong problem solving skills.


-Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
