ABOUT THE ROLE



-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product objectives, requirements and testing strategy.


-Execute and document test results according to the QA procedures and product requirements in an AGILE environment.


-Coordinate with teams to identify product prioritisation and deployments based on the required development timeline.


-Proactively review the product and processes to provide suggestions for improvement.


-Maintain product user guide and manual in accordance to the latest release of products.


-Support implementation team in client acceptance testing and training.

; Requirements:-



-Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


-Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently.


-Strong organisation skills for delivering on schedules and commitments.


-Passion in fixing problems and attention to details when conducting product testing with a methodical approach.


-Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience with Git workflow is a plus.
