For the position of Quality Engineer, it's helpful if you have strong analytical thinking skills and preferably good English communication skills.
What's more, you bring:
A background in development or experience in test automation such as coded UI in C# will be an added advantage.
Experience with automation testing tools (e.g.
MSTest, Selenium WebDriver, SpecFlow, Gherkin).
Agile adaptability: you love the Agile way of working, know when to challenge existing processes, and propose improvements.
Empathy while being a bit of a rebel personality.
An inquisitive character (spotter, finder, discoverer); willing to learn, grow, and share what has been learned.
A minimum of four years' experience in different kinds of test design techniques and test methods.
The drive to contribute to the highest level of quality.
The ability to evaluate situations both from a high-level perspective and in detail.
