Software Support Internship (It/Business/Software/Public Relation/Marketing/Accounting/Hr)

The Position:
We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Software Support Intern which in charge to support all client enquiries referring to HR payroll/Accounting software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company's production progress.  

Main Responsibilities:



- Provide and assist support to end users on enquiries to HRMS/ Accounting Software via phone call / email / remote assistance.  


- Assist Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues  


- Perform data migration works if necessary  


- Conduct product (Software) training to end users  


- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner  


- Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions

- Candidate must possess at least a diploma, an advanced/higher/graduate diploma, and a bachelor's degree in any field.  


- Strong interest in Human Resource Payroll System, Accounting Software System or Customer Support. 

 • Strong in communication skills, including English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an added advantage.  



- Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, is self-directed and motivated. 

 • Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
