If you are a highly skilledSolutions Consultantwho has a creative mind and is passionate about delivering, then get ready to join our company!Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain the company's mission-critical business applications.
Take ownership of incidents and progress through to closure.
Investigate and resolve incidents by applying fixes within service level agreements.
Escalate cases to the next level for further investigation if unable to resolve on time.
Perform root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive solutions.
Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps, testing & results.
Provide assistance and advice to customers in the effective use of systems and applications.
Communicate clearly to customers, teammates, and management.
Propose/recommend solutions to address new business requirement needs.
Ensure that any assigned project work is completed on time.What We Are Looking ForWe look for big thinkers.

In practice, this means:
BSc degree in Software Engineering or IT equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in troubleshooting and analytical skills, with programming/support and debugging exposure in either COBOL, RPG, Java, C, or C++.
Communicate well both in written and verbal forms.
Candidates with Payment/Credit Card applications or COBOL400 experience are an advantage.
Willing to adapt to new systems and new platforms (AS400).
Good analytical skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a team.
