JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for providing clinical support for end-users within the assigned geographic region/product segment.
Responsible for providing pre-sale product demonstrations at hospitals/clinical workshops/conferences as well as post-sale training and/or customer service activities.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction.
Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to assist them in promoting the product to the market.
Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.
Manage and grow the product lifecycle in the market.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Medical Science, Medical Engineering or Ultrasonography.
At least 4 years of working experience in the Medical Device related field or equivalent.
Candidates with Medical Engineering / Sonography / MBBS background will be an added advantage.
Fluent in Malay & English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in computer skills.
Required presentation skills, team player, and good communication skills.
Possess good people management and leadership skills.
Must possess own transport and be willing to travel within Malaysia to support the sales team.
Team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
