Company: BizLink Technology (Changzhou) Ltd.Responsibilities:Find material supplier resources according to the company's new product development and business development needs;
Release suppliers according to the supplier management process:Conduct supplier basic information survey
Organize quality control and engineering to initiate supplier development projects
Require suppliers to provide necessary information and documents for release
Arrange for suppliers to send samples for confirmation and track the sample confirmation process
Organize supplier inspections and reviews
Arrange suppliers for small batch trial production and supplyAgree with suppliers on material prices, transaction methods and payment terms
Sign transaction contracts, quality assurance agreements and environmental protection agreements with suppliers
Require suppliers to provide technical information and environmental protection certificates of raw materials for the release of new materials
Negotiate and adjust material prices with suppliers in a timely manner based on market conditions, and submit them to the manager and finance department for confirmation
Create and modify material information in the SAP system in a timely manner
Regularly check whether the purchase order is consistent with the determined price and share, and disclose any non-compliance
Regularly collect and compile statistics on the procurement of raw materials and suppliers
Organize the processing and resolution of material quality problems, and arrange for the processing of unqualified materials
Assist SQE and require suppliers to provide relevant inspection reports and rectification reports
Organize procurement-related files and important information to meet 5S requirements
Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:Electronic or mechanical related major, college degree or above
Fluent in English and proficient in computer office software.
