Join us in this role where you'll be responsible for managing sourcing projects in Indirect Procurement. You'll be working on sourcing projects in a best-in-class category team mainly focusing on the facility management category in APAC. The role involves undertaking a wide range of sourcing and tender projects in close cooperation with a variety of business stakeholders. You'll have an impact across the entire organization. The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

You'll be part of Indirect Procurement Sourcing where you together with your colleagues will focus on strategic sourcing, delivering bottom-line results and non-financial value. You'll have influence on the prioritization of sourcing initiatives, consolidation and cost-out actions, and the strategic development of the categories in scope for this position.

You'll play an important role in:
Leading global and regional sourcing projects.
Leading sourcing projects and contract negotiations, typically up to DKK 3 million.
Building and managing relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to support the realization and optimization of commercial value.
Supplier management and the effective management of contracts.
To succeed in the role, you:
Have experience with strategic sourcing as a Sourcing Manager.
Have knowledge and experience with managing sourcing processes.
Have some experience in negotiating, taking responsibility for planning and executing the negotiation process.
Are proficient in English.
Have experience with the use of sourcing platforms, such as Jaggaer, and securing contract compliance within the organization.
Have experience with Indirect procurement, preferably Facility Management.
