Your main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in the spa, cabanas and hotel rooms. You will:
Perform professional spa treatments to guests Follow bookings/allocations of treatment task as per appointment book Sell retails products to guests Follow massage steps according to treatment SOPs Assist in inventories and stock takes Requirements: Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with good interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a team-oriented or guest-oriented environment.
