DescriptionPrimary Objective:Filing vacancy with the quality candidateKey Responsibilities:Identify areas where process improvements can be made across the organization, and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives.Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas where improvements can be made.Develop process maps and documentation to help teams understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.Work with technology teams to identify opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual effort.Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of process improvement initiatives, and communicate progress to stakeholders.Provide training and support to teams to help them understand new processes and tools, and ensure that changes are implemented effectively.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process improvement.RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor Degree - Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or any business related.5 years and above / banking indusrty Should possess strong knowledge of computer usage.Financial domain knowledge (understanding of banking lending process) would be an advantage.Strong understanding of EXCEL, Power point features would be added advantage (vlook, Pivot, graph, chart)Should be able to understand English and Mathematical basic calculationBenefitsDental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
