What You'll Do:Handles and resolves manual bookings, booking-related queries and cases based on company's policies and proceduresIdentifies and escalates difficult and complex issues to senior team membersMaintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers and merchantsLiaises with internal departments and external merchants to fulfil booking amendments and refundsEnters, updates and maintains accurate information of all interactions, transactions, comments and complaints in the company's systemKeeps updated with company procedures and processesShares merchant feedback with relevant departments for further improvementsWhat You'll Need:SPM/ 'O' Levels or higher/ Preferably Diploma qualification and above'Fresh graduates are encouraged to applyProficient in bothJapanese and English(both verbal and written) as you will be handling merchantsprimarily from Japan.Previous experience in customer service is an added advantageAble to work shifts (including weekends, public holidays, overnight)Possess a problem-solving mindset to proactively find solutions for booking-related issuesStrong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholdersGood team player to work collaboratively in a team environmentKeen attention to detail in completing tasks accurately and thoroughlyKlook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
