Scope of Works:Assist/support Advisor, CSR, and Head of PLS/G in handling all aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as well as internal and external communications, media management, and corporate branding/identity aligned with business strategies and operations.
Outline, develop, coordinate, execute, and support CSR programs and events aligned with the Company's CSR pillars and business objectives.
Craft internal and external communications, including speeches, articles, press releases, communication collaterals, and other related materials.
Review corporate-level internal communication content produced by other divisions and compile content for internal and external publications.
Support engagements with stakeholders to ensure compliance with Company policies, corporate image, and branding.
Manage and monitor internal communication channels.
Handle requests for sponsorship, donations, and other forms of corporate contributions, ensuring overall coordination for approved and non-approved sponsorships or donations.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive media database and strong working relationships with media members, including local and national newspapers, magazines, radio, and television.
Manage and monitor media and social media channels, draft and compile news reports of the industry, and provide public relations and media management support, especially during crises.
Prepare and supervise the production of branding materials (brochures, posters, videos, photographs) and manage the corporate library of photographs and videos.
Manage the stock of publications and corporate gifts.
Support the renewals or award of contracts to vendors or contractors for projects and deliverables.
Monitor the expiry of contracts and work closely with relevant personnel for renewals or awards to ensure continuity of support to the Company.
Collaborate with other divisions, assist in preparing reports, and ensure timely submission to support the Company's business operations.
Requirements:Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communications, or equivalent with at least 8 years of working experience.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
Able to work independently, resourceful, and multitask.
A good team player and able to work under minimum supervision.
Good computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and social media.
Knowledge in design is an advantage but not compulsory.#J-18808-Ljbffr
