Specialist, Group Technical Delivery (Salesforce)You will be required to manage Salesforce projects, including implementations, enhancements, and customizations to drive business effectiveness and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Configuration and Enhancement
Configure Salesforce and related applications to meet business needs, including customizations, automation, and data integrations, in line with Salesforce best practices.
Conduct thorough testing and ensure quality assurance of system changes before deployment.
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new features and enhancements.
Review, enhance and incorporate potential improvements.
Work collaboratively with functional manager to facilitate business process owners' needs, and communicate design solutions to maintain business operations.
Identify potential issues/gaps, drive resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement.
Participate in data clean-ups as required to ensure a smooth experience for end users.
Process Improvement
Work closely with stakeholders, administrators, and developers to gather information and create documentation for key areas of our Salesforce orgs and integrated systems.
Develop user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation to support business and enhance understanding.
Service Management
Review, triage and resolve issues raised by end users.
Review, enhance and incorporate potential improvements to defined standards, policies, and delivery processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Functional skills and knowledge
Proven experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow and Sharing Model.
Experience with agile methodologies preferred.
Self-motivated and proactive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
An ability to quickly learn and understand business processes and how they are effectively digitalized.
Experience working in the Technology industry and a shared services environment with stakeholders in multiple countries would be a plus.

EDUCATION
