Job Description In your new role you will: Support internal communication and knowledge sharing for IT with a focus on Greater China and in close cooperation with CK team colleagues.
Organize and moderate internal IT knowledge-sharing sessions.
Support in video creation and post-production.
Collect, analyze, and follow up on participants' feedback and do reporting of sessions.
Motivate IT colleagues to contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and prepare them for presentations.
Write engaging articles and postings for internal IT communication.
Promote and maintain IT communication channels to IT organizations in APAC, Greater China, and Japan region and activate the IT community to contribute their content.
Build a strong network with IT and other communication and training departments in the region.
Coach and consult on efficient communication and knowledge sharing in the region.
Collaborate intensely with team members in Singapore and Germany.
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor's degree in Communication / Education / or any equivalent course.
Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in internal communication and/or training organization in an international company.
Strong background in designing (visuals and text) and organizing communication and education for different target groups.
Proven moderation and presentation skills and experience.
Excellent command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
Interest in and ability to understand IT-related topics quickly.
Strong self-driven and proactive personality, intercultural experience is a plus.
Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
