With a long list of products and never-ending customer support that are able to guarantee a very high level of satisfaction for the clients.Industry: Construction/EngineeringLocation: Putra HeightsHeadcount: 1Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: RM10,000-RM13,000Responsibilities:Develop and outline departmental strategies, including strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of department and ultimately achieve goals and target.Develop specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at design stage.Create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications.standard specification submittals and generate specification database.Quickly come up with a strategy, solution or response to a problem or challenge.Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers within the commercial construction industry.Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel.Establish an informative and effective departmental report to facilitate the decision-making processes.Requirements:Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering, engineering, construction or any related fieldAt least 5 years working experience in constructionFlexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills, strong leadershipGood tri-lingual communication skills English, Chinese and MalayExcellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across all levels of the organizationStrong technical aptitude and proficiency in understanding complex technical concepts and requirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiencesIf you are interested in this position, you may apply directly by clicking 'Apply' button directly or you may apply through our website
