Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and motivated fresh graduate with a background in sports science or physical education to join our team as a Sports Instructor. In this role, you will help teach sports and physical activities to children, instilling values of teamwork, responsibility, and a healthy lifestyle. Our centre teaches an Olympic Combat Sport - fencing, but the candidate does not need to come with prior experience in the said sport, but relevant experience such as physical training, sports endurance, will be highly regarded. More than that, we value the attitude, discipline, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment more.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and delivering engaging sports programs for children.Encourage teamwork and sportsmanship among participants.Serve as a positive role model and set good examples for students.Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.Participate in training sessions to develop your skills in fencing.Qualifications: Recent graduate in sports science, physical education, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Eagerness to learn and grow in a coaching role.Reliable, responsible, and able to work well in a team.Experience in martial arts is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.Occassional travelling may be involved.
