Job Description:Understand large-scale express parcel logistics network operations to address business and operational pain points and identify opportunities that can be tackled from a Product standpoint.Lead functional features' work streams concurrently in alignment with core business strategies while managing versatility through dynamic situationsCollaborate closely with Regional Business Product Management teams and Local Business and Operations teams to strategize product feature requests and logic design based on alignment to business strategies and impact, resources, and pipeline managementConduct and manage UAT and live testing to make sure that a feature is developed as expectedDevelop feature rollout plan together with business team, make sure that risks of new feature release are identified and mitigated before rolling outCollaborate with local and regional production support teams to solve live issues related to responsible products within the expected lead timePrepare consolidated plans, system and feature performance, and project timelines for management.Manage business continuity risks and rapid growth, operational and project work streamsRequirements:Native fluency in Thai and strong command of English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or Supply Chain Operations Management related field is preferredAt least 3-4 years of work experience in product management, business or systems analyses, IT consulting and implementation related fields are preferredHave strong project management skills including interpersonal & communication skillsA proactive, fast learner, team player and leader with ability to work and manage diverse team communities in dynamic environmentsAdept at understanding business priorities to forecasting and analyses, detail oriented, and strong problem-solving skillsHigh interest in UI design and optimization to service business needsExperience using JIRA, application emulators, SQL is a plusExperience with eCommerce is a plus
