Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional team to drive executable and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) plan for New Product Introduction (NPI) for Line of Business (LOB) – Mobility, RFID and Software. Manage P&L & deliver balanced scorecard – Revenue, Margin, Market Share and Growth. Maintain the solid understanding of product mix, manage price erosion and pricing strategy. Drive NPI/ Launch, Sales Inventory Operation Planning (SIOP) Monthly Portfolio Review, End of Life (EOL) & Product Rationalization, Finished Goods Inventory Management. Drive promotion activities to drive product mix, NPI and LOB. LOB revenue growth in Mobility, RFID and Software. Coach/ Educate internal Sales team and partners on product positioning and value selling.
Be the subject matter expert in Transport & Logistics, Warehousing/ Distribution Centres and Manufacturing (TLWM). Establish alliances with the Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and/ or complimenting vendors to create a stronger value proposition for the end-customers. Work with Global Customer Marketing and Offering Management Team to build TLWM vertical solutions based on PSS portfolio, and to drive sales and product enablement. Engage and work collaboratively with APACI Customer and Channel Marketing and Sales Team on communications, demand generation, campaigns to increase market penetration and share of demand. Provide thought leadership in the Sales, Product, Solution and Pricing Strategy for the large and strategic projects. Establish regular engagement with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Solution Architects, Services, Supply Chain, Finance to drive short-term and long-term objectives for the business. Enhance and accelerate the adoption of new and existing products & solutions in close partnership with Sales and Solution Architects. Work closely with Global Offering Management Team to drive APACI requirements in Global Roadmap for Mobility and Software. Monitors and tracks key performance indicators. Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering/ marketing preferred. Outstanding experience in AIDC or IT industry, familiar with solution selling. Self-driven to work in a highly collaborative environment and is highly result oriented. Successful track record in High Growth Region (HGR) in APACI. Strong experience in operating in cross-functional environment. Strong communicator and capable to manage multiple stakeholders in the organization.
