Drive Operational Excellence:Optimize tool capabilities, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output to meet financial targets.
Build and Develop Talent:Foster a high-performing engineering team through training, coaching, and strategic leadership.
Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement solutions to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.
Resource Management:Efficiently allocate and manage resources to maximize productivity and achieve business objectives.
Financial Stewardship:Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities.
Compliance and Standards:Adhere to all relevant industry standards and company policies, including ISO 9001, IECQ QC080000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and ISO/IEC 27001.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in engineering management, preferably in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Minimum 15 years of working experience and more than 2 years of experience in managing engineering module, preferably direct wafer process foundry fab experience.
