Your role will involve providing mentorship, support, and resolution to employee-related concerns, as well as liaising with HR and management teams to develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives.Where you come in: Employee Relations ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns.Provide expert mentorship and coaching to HR teams and people managers on ER best practices and compliance.Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, including complaints, conflicts, and grievances, in a fair and impartial manner.Conduct confidential interviews and maintain accurate records related to employee relations cases.Conduct risk assessments related to ER and develop mitigation strategies to minimize legal and reputational risks.Policy Development and ImplementationCollaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to employee relations.Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization.Compliance and Legal SupportKeep abreast of employment laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.Provide advice to management and HR teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Data Analysis and ReportingMonitor and analyze ER metrics and trends to proactively address issues and recommend improvements.Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management based on data insights.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of progressive HR and ER experienceStrong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and RBAOutstanding problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
