If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us…Functional :Product Management:Develop, enhance, and optimize existing portfolio product offers and pricing strategies for Deposit-i products.Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and improve product offerings.Facilitate the establishment of marketing programs and campaigns through approval processes involving the Deposit Committee, ALCO, Top Management, and Shariah compliance.Ensure effective communication with distribution channels through email blasts, issuance of guidance documents, and organizing training programs.Revision of Deposits-i Profit Rates:Present proposed profit rates at HLISB/Group ALCO meetings and obtain necessary approvals.Communicate revised profit rates to all distribution channels through issuance of guidance documents.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for the implementation of revised rates on systems, websites, and electronic board rates.Analysis & Reporting Support:Conduct regular email communication with branches regarding campaign and product sales achievements.Update statements for Saving Account-i, Current Account-i, and FD-i.Prepare weekly competitor analysis reports for reference in campaign planning.Generate reports for PFS-i monthly meetings and liaise with the Business Intelligence and Analytics Unit (BIAU) department for products/campaign reporting.Compile and submit required reports to Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) for Deposit-i products.Day-to-Day Operations:Address incoming calls and emails from branches regarding Deposit-i products and system issues on a daily basis.Assist in resolving issues faced by branches and coordinate with the Business Automation (Biz Auto) team for issue resolution.Evaluate and recommend special rate requests from branches and customers.Monitor daily deposit movements to ensure compliance with established procedures.Administration:Fulfill daily branch requests and campaign requirements promptly.Coordinate with external parties such as warehouses for merchandise fulfillment and voucher agents for reward distribution.Prepare presentation slides for management meetings to provide updates on product performance and operational activities.Managerial (team/group responsibilities)Lead and participate in cross-functional project to deliver sustainable and breakthrough improvement to business processes.To participate in project management involving people, organizational change management, systems integration and core process changes.Promotes cooperation and commitment within a team to achieve goals and deliverables.Organizational (organizational responsibilities)Promotes organizational mission and goals, and shows the way to achieve them.Responds positively to change, embracing and using new practices or values to accomplish organizational goals.
