Sr. Executive/Executive, Business DevelopmentAbout the roleWe are seeking a driven and experienced Sr. Executive/Executive, Business Development to join our dynamic team at Johawaki Group of Companies in Shah Alam - Subang Selangor.
In this contract role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects within your target market
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners and key stakeholders
Prepare compelling proposals and deliver presentations to showcase our products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales solutions
Conduct market intelligence and provide insights on industry trends, competition landscape and potential opportunities to inform our business development strategies
Achieve and close business deals, targets and KPIs
What we're looking for
At least 3 years of experience in a new business development or sales role, preferably in a similar industry
Proven track record of identifying, pitching and securing new business
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Willing to travel and work extra hours
