Sr. Facilities & Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities:Supervise and plan daily activities for the Facilities Technician.
Familiar with CDA / HVAC / Scheduled Waste / RODI / WWTP / UPW / Scrubber / Cleanroom maintenance & Machinery Maintenance.
Experienced hands-on in maintenance for pumps, motors, and other equipment.
Provide technical advice and expertise on mechanical & electrical equipment for troubleshooting.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, interactive communication, commitment, willingness to learn, time management skills, teamwork, integrity, creativity, innovation, work ethics, and dedication.
Familiar with root cause analysis documentation (8D, why-why analysis, fish-bone, etc).
Manage and ensure scheduled waste handling and inventory follow DOE and DOSH requirements.
Communicate with the respective department, customer, and vendor on the daily activities needed.
Other contributions that give an impact on overall performance.
Cross-functional team assignment.
Responsible for developing/maintaining facility-related engineering drawings, check sheets, operation manuals, and instructions.
Involved in energy-saving/water-saving, cost-saving & improvement activities.
Requirements:3 years minimum experience in a related field.
Degree level in Engineering or Equivalent.
Prioritization of Knowledge & Skills in Waste Water Treatment, RODI Water, Scrubber System & Cleanroom Maintenance.
Possess competency in CePIETSO/CePSO/CePSWAM is an added advantage.
Possess chargeman certificate from the energy commission is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
