MANAGER, QUALITY ENGINEERINGAs a Senior Manager of Quality Engineering, you will be expected to manage the development, implementation and maintenance of the:1- QMS processes and knowledge of QMS standards; including the handling on communication or interaction with global partners and external customers during audit/visit.2- Process Control & system such as SPC FDC as well MES system in production line as well, drive continuous improvement with other key stakeholders towards zero defect.Key Responsibilities & TasksAccountable for Quality Management System and Process Control & SystemMonitor, review and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS and PCS pillars and its processesEnsure compliance to standards and business processContribute to define, planning and review of QMS and PCS governanceCommunicate with global internal customers and external customersConsult with department leadership on QMS Standards and initiatives as well process control requirement and business rulesPromote awareness of QMS and PCS direction and status to all team membersContribute to the promotion and awareness of customer requirementsProvide technical leadership and support Maintain knowledge of QMS and PCS standards, methods, and toolsProvide support to internal functions on the application, maintenance, and improvement of quality systems and department-specific processesMaintain knowledge of Project Management and toolsDeliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and controlManage and develop the teamEstablish goals and conduct performance appraisals; coach and provide career development to QMS and PCS teamIdentify strengths and create specific development plansProvide guidance or mentoring to team member as necessaryProvide recognition and drive accountabilityPromote teamwork and resolve conflictTimely recognize good effort and promote continual improvementRequirement & QualificationsBachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent experiences (>10years) in SemiconductorKnowledgeable in IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements and updated with latest changesFamiliar with AIAG 5 core tools; especially in SPC - preferable to be experienced in statistical controlProven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirementsExcellent organizational and management skills and outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
