Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of credit analysts with an aim to drive the business plans of the Large Corporates segment in order to achieve its financial targets.
Ensure compliance of the relevant processes, internal policies and guidelines as well as regulatory guidelines and other operating procedures.
Manage, review & monitor an assigned portfolio of accounts (approximately 30 borrowers) which includes preparation of credit proposals/reviews/memos, letters of offers & other related documentation.
Requires to liaise with customers on their funding requirements as well as internal stakeholders such as Wholesale Credit Risk, Legal, Credit Support Admin etc.
Assist team to meet financial numbers and KPIs per yearly budget.
Participate in the structuring of deals with RMs.
Produce good quality & concise credit papers.
Identify credit risks & propose mitigating measures during origination and annual reviews.
Job RequirementsMinimum bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience
Experienced in credit paper writing.
Able to analyze financial data.
Capability to lead and monitor his/her own team.
