In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Accountable for managing organizational and administrative tasksEnsure that the office is organized and operating effectively and efficiently; maintain files and recordsHandle all domestic and international travel arrangements (including air, hotel & ground transportation) Manage calendar activities (scheduling meetings both internal & external, conference calls, appointments, and travel)Handle internal and external procurement for office and project need Create and submit expense reports Research vendorsResearch and/or prepare materials for meetings and presentations; compile reference materials as needed Streamline process and procedure associated to this role and/or department procedures for efficiency Coordinate on-boarding of new employeesBackup for other administrative assistants as neededAnd to make it fun, your role will include planning and executing large department meetings and events Who You Are: You are someone who can work and learn independently, managing your time efficiently in a dynamic, high-tech environment. For This Role, You Will Need: Diploma / Certificate with 3-4 years relevant experience Experience in Microsoft Office M365 platform and tools such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams and SharePointPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work, learn independently and to manage time effectivelyPositive team player & passionate in problem solvingMulti-taskingAbility to set priorities to meet regular deadlines
