What you will need to do:Cost per unit for plating processes.Develop and optimize plating processes to achieve high yield and product quality.Identify and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and defects.Evaluate new materials, chemicals, and equipment for plating applications.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.Maintain and improve plating equipment performance to meet production requirements.Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to and minimize unplanned downtime.Collaborate with suppliers to upgrade or procure new equipment for plating.Lead equipment qualification and calibration activities.Monitor plating process outputs to ensure compliance with specifications.Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.Implement statistical process control (SPC) for critical plating parameters.Work closely with R&D for new product introduction (NPI) involving plating processes.Partner with production teams to meet output targets and troubleshoot issues.Liaise with suppliers to address material or equipment-related problems.Train operators and technicians on plating equipment and processes.Develop and maintain detailed SOPs and work instructions for plating processes.Maintain accurate records of process changes and equipment maintenance.What you will need:Bachelor Degree in Engineering.At least 5-10 year experience in Semiconductor.Talent acquisition based on Nexperia vacancies is not appreciated.
