Staff Engineer (STS Mid End Equipment and Process)Develop, optimize, and sustain molding processes to achieve high product quality and reliability.
Conduct experiments to identify process parameters for new packages or materials.
Implement statistical process controls (SPC) to monitor critical molding parameters.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for molding-related defects, such as delamination or voids.
Ensure molding equipment is fully operational with minimal downtime.
Schedule and execute preventive maintenance and calibration for molding machines.
Drive equipment qualification, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
Collaborate with vendors to improve machine performance or introduce new technology.
Monitor and improve molding process outputs to meet or exceed quality standards.
Analyze defect data and implement measures to reduce defects (e.g., warpage, flash).
Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor degree in engineering or related courses
