Job Description:
Provide hands-on care to patients by administering medication, managing intravenous lines, observing and monitoring patients' conditions, maintaining records, and communicating with doctors.
Work with healthcare professionals to provide the best multi-disciplinary care to patients.
Ensure proper documentation of nursing notes.
Take and pass patients' reports.
Assist patients in their daily assisted living needs.
Able to multitask and communicate well with patients.
Ensure that nursing procedures are carried out in accordance with MOH guidelines and that these procedures are evidence-based.
Maintain accurate records as per MOH and record-keeping standards.
Maintain absolute confidentiality in respect of patient records, medical nursing, and allied health professionals.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing, Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan (LPP).
Valid annual practicing certificate (APC) / retention of name (RON).
Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
