Staff Nurse (Ward/Ot/Icu/A&E/Pediatric)

JOBSCOPE. Adhereto the Nursing Department and Mawar Medical Centre procedure,policies and standard in executing daily duty task and newchanges.Monitorand identifying changes in patient condition (eg.: response totreatment, factor contributing to clinical complaints. Etc.) andintervening in emergencysituations.Assistconsultant in clinical assessment (rounds) and procedure.Communicate effectively with all hospital department to providesupport and care to patient. (e.g.: arrange patient for diagnosticprocedure, GL for procedure, etc.)Ensureall the medical devices, equipment are decontaminated appropriatelyas such cleaned, disinfected and sterilized to the hospitalinfection control policy and procedure. Assist manager in ensuringdepartment is ready for patient (e.g.: equipment, stock, andsystem) Ensure accurate charges Achieve department and personal KPIand QA activities
