Coordinate initiatives with Nexperia teams and manage collaborative projects.What you will doConduct market scans and benchmarking on Test equipment, best practices, breakthrough solutions, new tools, capabilities and/or test methods.Lead site and cross factory pilot R&D Test projects that would result in significant test cost reduction, enhanced product quality and higher productivityLead and organize cross site subject matter expert meetings to ensure adherence to Equipment Life Cycle Management process, best practice sharing, equipment selection and total cost of ownership discussionsBe accountable to execute tasks according to plan, find solutions to keep project on track, escalate technical and execution issues timely.Act as subject matter expert on area of expertiseProvide technical consultation or render onsite solutions to external manufacturing and/or Nexperia sites based on expertise and competenceProject coordination and management of assigned collaborative initiatives with Nexperia internal engineering teams, Package R&D, Business group engineers, and other teams in Technology & OperationsMaybe ask to conduct trainings within competency to other SME'sWork with suppliers/vendors in professional manner to introduce new equipment, capability or technologies in testingProvide weekly progress reports on activities, attend user group meetings and supplier product presentationsWhat you will needBachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.Preferbly Min 7- 10 years in relevent experienceAt least 10 years of experience working in semiconductor company under Final Test or related support group (Test Equipment, Wafer Probing, Test Process, Test AOI, Test Engineering, Product Engineering)Knowledgeable in Analog and mixed signal testing, Wide band gap, or IGBT Module will be an advantageFamiliar with various Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test handlers (e.g.
Turret and Pick and Place handlers)Familiar with Data Analytics and its tools e.g.
GR&R, SpotfireKnowledgeable with semiconductor assembly and test process.Willing to travel 15-20% of the time for scouting, attending expositions, visiting suppliers, and also collaborating with factory engineers onsite.Why work for us?
