Our Global Finance Controllership Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls. This is including process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

Responsible for driving technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.
As a Statutory Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Reviewing Management and Statutory financial statements, coordinating audit requests by working closely with Auditors, statutory contacts, Functional teams, Business, Tax, Operations, Legal, and Secretary.
Providing the financial statements and audit pack to auditors in compliance with local statutory requirements.
Performing analytical reviews and variance analysis for S2G Walk, assessing the quality of data and working with the statutory team to solve audit issues and completion.
Extracting insights from data and providing root cause analysis and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Performing under minimal supervision, evaluating, maintaining, and improving the efficiency of financial processes.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CA.
Have relevant working experience in statutory; Big 4 accounting experience is an added advantage.
Possess good knowledge and understanding of Statutory and IFRS/US GAAP Accounting.
Be able to speak English with good oral and written communication skills.
Have good analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as problem-solving skills.
Have knowledge or experience in SAP, Hyperion Oracle, and performing quick analysis on SAP cross-functional analysis.
