Store Incharge - Tealive

Location : Tealive Taman Sentosa , KlangPenang Chendul Icity , Shah Alam Job Scope: Create employees' schedules to ensure efficient operationsSupervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalismAssist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock orderingOversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.Explain and promote products and offeringsEnsure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customersEnsure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.Able to explain all Our products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times.
For Store incharge, at least 1 year of experienced as Team Lead or Crew Leader will be added advantage.

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment is an added advantage.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday .
