Lead and manage the parts department according to Perodua dealer standards to achieve high parts and accessories sales volume, optimal inventory level, and profitability.
Ensure a high service level to the workshop and counter sales customers to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Planning and controlling parts and specials.
Assist and coordinate with parts team.
Greeting customers and identifying customer needs.
Providing accurate price quotations and other parts.
Check paperwork, and ensure the invoice has been issued.
