Job DescriptionSupport the management team with strategic growth efforts, focusing on corporate deals among the industry, as well as expansion plans with local landlords to drive growth and market presence.
Identify and evaluate potential expansion opportunities within the office real estate sector, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis to assess feasibility and strategic fit.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform decision-making and identify emerging opportunities or risks.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners or acquisition targets, ensuring favorable terms and optimal outcomes for the company.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to support the execution of corporate development initiatives and ensure seamless integration post-transaction.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, real estate brokers, legal advisors, and financial institutions, to facilitate deal negotiations and execution.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and methodologies related to corporate development activities, leveraging best practices and industry benchmarks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of corporate development initiatives, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovative business models in the coworking and office real estate sectors, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive competitive advantage.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultancy background, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or real estate investment.
Decent understanding of the office real estate market dynamics, including knowledge of leasing structures, property valuation methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data, develop financial models, and evaluate investment opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and implementing actionable plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and embrace change in a dynamic startup environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
